If problems on a product just contact our customer service by email at sav@hkoenig.com.

So that your product is supported, thank you to join a copy of the invoice and indicate in your email the following information:

Our service will then inform you what to do.

After agreement of our service, you will have to return your product (in its entirety) by enclosing the return number (RMA) which will have been given to you by the after-sales service.

The costs and risks related to the shipment of the product remain your responsibility, it is therefore recommended to ship the product with an acknowledgment of receipt and transport insurance in case of significant value of the goods. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging (preferably).

After treatment by our technician, the product will be returned to you within ten days.
