The Kamado YOKO18 from H.Koenig is the Japanese ceramic grill ideal for all types of grilling! 

Thanks to its adjustable cast-iron air inlet and outlet openings, you can adapt the air flow to the type of cooking you want: slow cooking, barbecue/grill or smoker. Moreover, the built-in thermometer lets you monitor the internal temperature, up to 450°C.

Its sealed, egg-shaped shell ensures even heat distribution, while limiting charcoal consumption. 

The YOKO18 features a 39 cm diameter stainless steel cooking grid, ideal for 3 to 5 people. It also comes with a range of accessories to facilitate use: stainless steel ash basket, utensil holder, stainless steel ash collection kit, assembly kit.
